Australia, and shall be governed by the law of Victoria.
3. If a dispute arises under contract formed between Spruke Australia and
its customer and cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of either party
within seven days, the dispute will be referred to a mediation to be
conducted by an independent Mediator to be jointly appointed by both
parties.
4. Participation in a mediation or other dispute resolution process does
not prevent either party from pursuing other legal remedies.
